How to teach our students to ask for help

Sara feels uncomfortable whenever there is conflict. She doesn't like it, she can't tolerate feeling discomfort. Sometimes when she is at a friends party and people start being "pushy" with her she gives in to what they are pushing her to do: kissing someone, drinking or consuming something she is not supposed to.

She doesn't want to feel rejected, she feels anxious and it is difficult for her to express her emotions....

How can we teach Sara to tolerate emotional discomfort and prioritize their values despite the opinion of others?
