Why are we doing this?

For as long as we can remember, schools have always used the same mechanisms to resolve conflicts: writing down the student in the disciplinary notebook, and disciplinary sanctions if they caused damage or failed to comply with the be student code of codunct.

However, we never ask ourselves why the student acted the way he did, what his socio-emotional weaknesses are.and more importantly how the student deals with conflicts, stress and difficulties. We don't ask ourselves if when there is a conflict it is difficult for you to ask for help, communicate, listen, be empathetic or have a low tolerance for frustration.

The well-being team does not have software tools to help them in their work. Without a system that organizes the data of their students, their behaviors, their background and tendencies It is difficult to make informed decisions that help school reduce bullying.
